- 1). Don a pair of rubber gloves to protect your hands from bleach.
- 2). Mix together a gallon of water and two cups of bleach in a bucket.
- 3). Soak a clean, white towel with the bleach and water mixture.
- 4). Wring out the towel with your hands so that it is no longer dripping.
- 5). Place the towel inside the dryer. It should be the only article in the dryer.
- 6). Set the dryer timer for 30 minutes on high heat. When the timer goes off, check the status of your dryer barrel. If there is still ink residue, keep drying the towel for another 30 minutes. It will slowly bleach away the stains and transfer the ink to the towel.
- 7). Remove the damp towel and place a clean, dry, white towel into the dryer. Let it run for 30 minutes to remove any bleach or ink residue.
