How to Hear Radio Via WAP

    • 1). Tap the “Setting” icon on the Internet-capable device (i.e., smartphone, tablet or mobile player). Let the “Settings” main menu appear on the screen before continuing.

    • 2). Scroll down the screen until you see “Network.” If you do not see this on the screen, tap the “General” icon and then scroll down the screen until you see “Network.” Tap the “Network” icon.

    • 3). Scroll down the screen until you see “Wi-Fi” or “Wireless,” depending on how the device’s operating system has been set up. Tap the “Wi-Fi” or “Wireless” icon.

    • 4). Tap the name of the WAP (wireless access point) that appears on the screen beneath “Networks available” or “Choose a Network,” depending on how the device’s operating system has been set up.

    • 5). Enter the password in the pop-up window that appears using the virtual or actual keyboard on the device. Tap the “OK” button on the pop-up window.

    • 6). Return to the device’s main screen. Tap the icon of the satellite radio player that has either been provided with the device or downloaded to the device at an earlier time.

    • 7). Enter your user name and password into the appropriate text fields on the program’s security pop-up window; typically this will appear automatically when you try to access a satellite radio signal with the app. Tap a "channel" or audio selection to hear the satellite radio play.
