Hard Gainer Muscle

Over the past 25 years, working out at your local gym has become more and more popular.
As its popularity grew and grew, millions of people joined in and decided they wanted to improve their body.
For some this meant losing weight but for others, it meant adding weight.
Unfortunately, a large percentage of these people trying to gain muscle mass haven't been able to even though they are working out a ton and working out hard.
These people workout just as hard and long as anyone else but don't see the results others are seeing in their bodies.
That is because they are hardgainers.
They have different body types which don't allow them to increase weight and muscle mass the same way others do.
Fortunately, they can build muscle if they just go about it in a different way.
That way is working out less.
The reason they don't gain muscle like everyone else is because their muscles recover slower than other people's do.
When they follow workout programs designed for these other people they are overtraining their muscles.
They are working out before they fully heal.
This actually causes them to weaken instead of strengthen.
It also makes them more susceptible to injury and illness.
Spending less time in the gym is the answer hardgainers have been looking for.
It is important to have good eating and sleeping habits, but letting your muscles heal before exerting strain on them in the gym is the major key to success.
Three to four hours in the gym each week is an optimal amount of time to spend in the gym to see the best results.
This includes only doing a few exercises for each muscle group.
