Can I Start a Computer Home Based Business Even If I"m Not the Techy Type?
Erm, no I'm afraid not.
Don't listen to me, that's not true at all, because if you know how to use a mouse, you can develop the skills to start and run a computer home n based business.
And that is the same for everyone, no matter how limited you may think your computer skills are.
Now I imagine that you may have some stories about people doing well online with their own internet businesses.
And you may have wrongly come to the conclusion that these must be people that have left IBM and Microsoft to take their cutting edge experience and knowledge and use it to make their own fortunes.
Now I'm not going to insult your intelligence and tell you that stories like those have not happened because I'm sure that they have.
But just as true, are the stories of people who decided to get started online with no experience or background in computers.
People with no special skills, training or education.
People that certainly never graduated college, if they even went at all.
There are as many of these stories online , as there are of your easily recognisable success stories on the internet, such as Google.
And even they were just a couple of lowly students when they got Google up and running.
Now I am not saying for one moment that you need to have a massive, world changing idea like Google to make some money on the internet.
Because , to be honest, that's already done and you could have a job on your hands if you try and go head to head with it : But not to worry, because there is still lots and lots of room for you to get started and get your own piece of the internet business pie.
That's if you start building it by putting the proper foundations in place.
By providing quality content that solves people's problems around a subject that you know and love.
Because if you use this as your starting point, the technology is readily available to take care of all that "techie" stuff that you may be put off by.
You don't need to get overwhelmed thinking about all the IT stuff you think you are going to have to have and learn to do this.
It's secondary to your quality content and foundations, and it's easy to learn how to apply it to your business.
And you can even employ other people to handle that part of it for you if you want to.
Don't let yourself have the wool pulled over your eyes by internet guru's trying to blind you with their impressive sounding language like , Latent Semantic Indexing, Reserve Engineered Squeeze Pages and Double Opt-In Autoresponders.
A lot of the gurus telling you how complex it is, are trying to sell you their stuff at the same time.
They have a vested interest in making you think that you can't do it without them.
What a Load of BS! Teaching yourself the skills to run a successful internet business takes no more application than learning any new skill.
Whether it's going to college part time to learn French or going to the beach to learn to surf.
There are basic fundamentals you need to learn and certain steps you need to follow in the right order.
It's just that learning how to start a successful online business can make you a bit more money than learning to surf.
Start with what you know and love and then apply the tools that help to make the technology side as easy as learning to ride a bike ,which I can actually do.
