- 1). Fill a cocktail shaker half full with crushed ice.
- 2). Add the Plymouth gin, apricot brandy, crème de cassis and Seville orange juice to the cocktail shaker.
- 3). Cover the cocktail shaker with the palm of your hand or the provided top and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. Don't worry about "bruising" (altering) the gin in this recipe.
- 4). Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 5). Garnish the cocktail with a twisted orange peel, and serve right away.
