People apply for a number of jobs and the resume is used and reused for this purpose, with some alterations here and there. However, while making changes to any resume, its overall effectiveness should not be lost. There are a number of key aspects which need to be concentrated well before it is being drafted by the applicant. Thus, the resume becomes an important component of any job seeker. When the individuals try more number of times and get rejected, they become exhausted and loose the initiative of continuing with the job search. The individual can still remain active in other activities, and keep on searching for jobs. This is possible if a required number of resume sending is planned every week. The applicant can begin by selecting the best suited companies for job prospects based on his or her skill sets and qualifications. A new list of the prospective companies can be created every week, and the applicant can maintain a follow up for ensuring receipt and getting answers for any other queries.
  
• Healthy introduction: For any document that is sent to the employer as part of an application, the introduction matters the most. The introduction of the resume has to be intact, and should cling to the memory of the employer. It should be so impressive that the interviewing person should consider the applicant for the next round of interview. There is no rule of writing an introduction. The only requirement here is the usage of correct language and grammar. If the beginning itself is incorrect, the interviewer is likely to carry a negative impression about the applicant.
  
• Alive resume: The resume should not be written in such a way that is appears dull to the reader. Data in it should be so vibrant as if the applicant is talking about it in front of the interviewer. Now, this should not be taken literally, it simply means that whatever has been included in the resume should be worth discussing. The resume should talk to the interviewer about the achievements and accomplishments of the applicant. This being the top section of the resume, it should be modified to upkeep the requirements of the job. This will enable the resume to perfectly fit the job position.
