For a single person recipe. Measure six spoonfuls of Quaker Oats or any brand you prefer! - 2
Measure one cup of Fresh daily milk. It would be your preference to have it non-fat or just the regular variety. If your on a diet go with the non-fat milk or the low carb! - 3). Mix the milk and the oat meal in a microwavable bowl. Remember to use a bigger bowl as the oat meal expands during heating.

Add sugar and stir! Use the regular one's for non dieters otherwise use equal or any other sweeteners with little sugar contents in it! - 5
Put inside a microwave and heat it up medium for a minute! Careful afterwards as its really hot! Enjoy!
