How to Erase Data on the Treo 700
- 1). Open the battery cover on the back of the phone to reveal the battery and the reset button.
- 2). Press and hold the "Reset" button with the stylus and press and hold the "Power/End" button simultaneously.
- 3). Release the "Reset" button when the Palm logo appears, but continue to hold the "Power/End" button.
- 4). Press "Up" on the phone when the "Erase All Data?" message appears and wait for your phone to reset.
