- 1). Press the "Menu" key on your mobile phone, then select the "Messages" folder.
- 2). Select "Compose New Message" or "New Message."
- 3). Enter the recipient's mobile phone number, then click "Next".
- 4). Compose the SMS message, then click "Send".
- 1). Access your email account, then log in. If you use Outlook or Thunderbird, double-click the program's icon on your desktop.
- 2). Click "Compose" to create a message.
- 3). Enter the recipient's number and mobile carrier's extension. The extension varies by carrier. For example, a Boost Mobile customer's email address would be 123456789@myboostmobile.com.
- 4). Enter a subject for the SMS message in the appropriate field.
- 5). Compose the SMS message in the body of the email. Click "Send" to send the SMS text to the mobile phone.
