How to Send an Ecard
- 1). Decide which ecard company you wish to select your ecard from. There are many ecard companies available, such as: Hallmark ecards or Blue Mountain ecards. Many companies have a wide selection of cards to choose from. You may choose a free card or one with a small fee. You may decide to purchase a membership.
- 2). Select your card. You can preview the cards and decide which one you want to send. You may have the option of selecting the music for the card.
- 3). Add your message. You will have a limited amount of space to write your message. If the space bar does not work, you have probably used up the allotted space for your ecard message. Delete blank lines and shorten your message.
- 4). Preview your ecard message. Check for spelling and grammatical errors. You can go back into the message section and correct or change your wording.
- 5). Insert your email recipients. You may need to use a comma after each email address. Only include the email address, eliminating any extra information. If you have not entered the information correctly, you will notice a message on your ecard screen that will tell you what to do next.
- 6). Determine if you wish to receive a notice when your ecard recipients open their ecards. This may or may not be an option, depending on which ecard service you use.
- 7). Send your ecard. Your ecard recipients should receive their ecards immediately. You may have the option of scheduling when you want your ecard sent. Select the day and let the ecard company send your card.
