- 1). Take your phone out of standby mode.
- 2). Scroll to the tower icon on the home screen. "Turn Wireless On" should appear on your screen.
- 3). Select the icon by pressing the trackwheel on the side of the phone.
- 4). View the top of the phone screen. It should have changed from saying "Off" to showing signal bars, and the tower icon should be showing rings around it.
