Transferring Ringtones From Internet to Phone

• 1). Log in to crackberry.com. If you have not done so before, register your phone with crackberry to be able to receive ringtones.
  
  
• 2). Find your ringtone. You can do this by either going to the download tab and clicking on the "free BlackBerry Ringtones" button, or by finding the "ringtones" tab at the top of the screen and selecting it or by searching for a specific ringtone by clicking on "Genre," "Artist," "Album" or "Title."
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Email this Ringtone" button. This will take you to another screen where it lists information on the songs and it gives you a place to type in your email. Ensure your email is correct, than click the "Email Me My Ringtone Button."
  
  
• 4). Access your email when the ringtone message arrives and click on the new message. Find the URL in the email that has been sent to you, and click on that.
  
  
• 5). Click the open button on the screen that pops up if you just want to listen to the ringtone, or click on the save button if you want to save it on your phone. After clicking "Save," click it again on the following screen. The ringtone is now saved on your phone and it can be accessed by going to the media button on your phone, and than clicking on ringtones.

• 1). Click the application button on your phone. Find the media application on your phone and select it. Cycle through the buttons until you find the ringtones button.
  
  
• 2). Click the "My Ring Tones" tab to access your ringtones. Move the trackball until it highlights the ringtone to be sent to your friend's phone.
  
  
• 3). Click the application button on your phone to bring up the ringtones menu. Cycle down to either "send as email" or "send as MMS." If you send the ringtone as an email, type in the appropriate email address. If you are sending it as a MMS, find the contact you are sending the ringtone to and click his or her name.
  
  
• 4). Access the application menu and scroll down to the "Send" tab. Click the tab to send the ringtone on its way.
