- 1). Remove one of the pre-filled applicators from the packaging and discard the wrapper. Twist off the tap-top to open the applicator.
- 2). Sit in a comfortable position with your legs spread or stand with one foot on the side of the tub. Assume the position you'd use to insert a tampon.
- 3). Spread your labia with one hand. With the other, insert the RepHresh applicator into your vagina until most of the applicator rests inside of your body.
- 4). Press against the end of the applicator that remains outside of your body to squeeze the clear gel into your vagina.
- 5). Remove the applicator slowly and gently. Discard it in the trash, not in the toilet.
- 6). Repeat the process every three days, according to RepHresh.com. Use after sex, after your period or when you're experiencing unusual vaginal odor.
