- 1). Rinse all the skewers and place them at the bottom of a shallow oblong dish.
- 2). Pour the neutral and seasoned liquids, the vegetable oil and the dry seasonings over the skewers.
- 3). Cover the dish with a piece of plastic wrap and leave it on the counter for one hour.
- 4). Lift one end of the skewer from the dish and allow most of the liquid to drip off the other end before you start sticking them through raw foods.
