The Treatment Tendonitis Needs If You Want Yours Healed

Why is Tendonitis such a national epidemic? Why is there no reliable cure? Why does Tendonitis become Chronic Tendonitis? It doesn't matter if you have Tennis Elbow, Wrist Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel, Plantar Fasciitis, Shoulder Cuff Tendonitis, etc.
, they're all the same Tendonitis dynamic.
They all require the same, specific Tendonitis Treatment if you want them to actually go away.
The usual methods just don't work.
Rest is not a treatment.
It is a stalling tactic.
Splints and braces just prolong your suffering.
Anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen just dull the pain some, but don't slow the progression of the dynamic.
Corticosteroid shots, at best, dull the pain a while and set you up for further pain and injury.
Proper Ergonomics help you perform longer until you have to stop due to pain.
Surgery, well, surgery cuts into an unhappy structure and causes more scar tissue build up and weakens the structural integrity of the area.
Surgery does sometimes cause benefit.
Temporary benefit.
And even a 'successful' surgery doesn't result in the patient getting back to 100% (even after they recover from the trauma of the surgery) The Treatment Tendonitis requires most must do two things.
It must knock out the inflammation response, and it must reverse The Pain Causing Dynamic.
The Pain Causing Dynamic is responsible for the Downward Spiral of greater and greater tightness and pain.
As muscle and connective tissue get tighter and the nervous system detects more pain, a mechanism of MORE tightness and MORE pain gets entrenched deeper and deeper.
As time passes, your body structure actually changes, becoming more like a dry, half-squeezed, crunchy sponge, as opposed to a soft, mobile, squishy sponge.
The problem is, the usual prescriptions and advice fail to adequately address the two factors above.
They might do one or the other to some degree of effectiveness, but the treatment Tendonitis requires must successfully deal with all aspects of the Tendonitis dynamic, in just the right way, or you will end up with what you have now, ongoing chronic tendonitis symptoms and limitation.
By the time most people admit that their pain just isn't getting better on it's own, they are ready to have the pain be gone.
Then they spend time and resources looking for a cure.
Then they get disappointed at the failures and continuing problem.
That's when they REALLY want the treatment that Tendonitis requires.
Everything else just isn't the RIGHT tool for the job.
