    Association of Progressive Rental Organizations

    • Founded in 1980, the Association of Progressive Rental Organizations is an overarching organization, which brings together a number of national and international rental groups and provides members with an avenue to express concerns and needs to the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, state legislatures and the media. The association monitors all laws and regulations, informing members of changes. Furniture rental companies that are members can benefit from training courses, public relations advice and financial tools offered by the Association of Progressive Rental Organizations.

    State Associations

    • In addition to international associations, many American states have rental associations that include branches or sections dedicated to furniture rental. These organizations provide members with information about state laws and regulations, and provide social networks for businesses to discuss strategies and successes, which can be particularly helpful for new furniture rental businesses. The Association of Progressive Rental Organizations webpage offers a full listing of all state rental associations, with contact information.
