Life comes up with a lot of problems which cause stress and with stress comes the anxiety. Anxiety adversely affects our mental and physical health. But there are ways that we can deal with anxiety and prevent it from ruining our life.

A balanced Diet-
One is our diet, a proper and balanced diet is essential to tackle the day"s difficulties and tasks. The young professionals or office people often neglect the breakfasts in a hurry or prefer to eat in office canteen or out somewhere that is completely bad for health. Eating healthy breakfast is very important for heart. Diet experts suggest the magnesium and potassium rich foods to normalize anxiety. People in offices drink a lot of coffee and smoke heavily to release stress but that temporarily does. Coffee/cigarettes contain caffeine and nicotine which further stimulate the hormones responsible for anxiety.
Sleeping Pattern-
How many hours you sleep, it matters a lot for your good health. Sleeping charges your body once again and stores in you more energy for further tasks. Six hours of sleep a day is essential to maintain healthy mental and physical level. Your brain needs rest after having indulged into your professional and personal things. And dinner must be had three hours before you go to bed. You can have milk right before sleeping as milk helps you enjoy a good night and restful sleep.
Communicate-
Learn to express your feeling, never suppress them. Talk about your problems; share them with your friends, elders or near and dear ones. Trust me it helps a lot. It is the best way to release your stress. Get advice from people, know about their experiences. Ask people how they would have overcome such problems if they had got into such situation. You will feel refreshed afterwards.

Exercise helps reduce stress levels. It is said that stretched body is a relaxed body. Exercise increases the blood flow to the parts of brain and you feel calm the whole day. Meditation also helps calm your mind and increases your focus. Meditation makes you more focused and dedicated towards your goals and assists your mind not to distract towards unnecessary things.
