- 1). Put on your best fitting non-padded bra.
- 2). Hold the tape measure around your back at band level, parallel with the ground. Pull it around to the front of the bra, just above the bust. Take the measurement in inches. If the measurement is odd, subtract one to get an even number. This is your band size.
- 3). Measure again around the fullest part of your bust at the nipple level in inches. Round up to the nearest whole number.
- 4). Subtract the measurement in Step 1 from the measurement in Step 2 and find the corresponding cup size: AA for 0 inches, A for 1 inch, B for 2 inches, C for 3 inches, D for 4 inches, DD for 5 inches or DDD for 6 inches.
