Simple Weight Loss Routine

Why is it that I am overweight? Could it maybe have something to do with the fact that when I get a bag of cookies in front of me I have hard time putting it down? Or maybe it is because I would prefer to be in front of my TV instead of doing something active outside of my home.
More than likely there is combination of several factors involved with my overweight dilemma.
Does that sound anything like you? If it does than, congratulations, you are normal.
Even though we have established that you are normal does not mean you don't have to do anything about it.
So what is the first step to lose the fat and change my overweight status? Surprisingly, the first thing you need to do is understand your body type and style of life.
The reason for that is because we want to provide a healthy weight loss and not a crash course.
This means that you want to lose weight at a regular pace that would be healthy for your body type.
This may require that you go and see a physician and ask his or her recommendations.
Either way, know your body.
Next would be to know what you eat.
Take some time and research what you are taking in on a regular basis.
Do you eat fatty, oily, and high calorie meals and in large quantities? Good chance you are not going to lose weight doing that.
Try to maintain about 2000 calories per day in consumption.
You will be surprised how little intake that really is.
Finally, get up and do something.
To begin, it really does not matter, except that you need to make your body active and get your blood flowing through your restricted veins.
Go for a walk, take a jog, play some basketball in the park, walk your dog, do something that doesn't involve your couch and the remote.
I know this doesn't give you the cure all for obesity, but at least it gives you some pointers.
