Quick Meals: Grilled Meat

I like to buy Italian sausage patties and grill them. I then wrap each one individually in freezer safe wrapping. Each time I make a recipe such as spaghetti or ravioli I just take out one patty and chop it and add it to the recipe. The grill taste is great and it makes making dinner so easy. I also use these to make a half size lasagna during the week. We are a family of four and do not eat a large lasagna.

So one or two grilled sausage patties is all the meat you need.

This trick is also handy with grilling chicken breasts. You can use this for tacos or adding to casseroles during the week. Much cheaper than the prepared chicken strips in the store.
