Do You Fit the Obesity Profile?
Would you like to know if you fit the obesity profile? Have you been looking in the mirror lately or are you avoiding to? Have you stepped on a scale in the last year? Have you had a good look at yourself lately? Do you turn away from the television when you here about the rapid progression of obesity in the world? Do you like to exercise? If you want to profile yourself and know the signs, your next question is:" why am I here reading on the subject?" I talk to myself everyday about me.
I review my ups and downs in my thought process and ask myself many questions over and over again.
You know what? I don't always have the answers.
Obesity is on a rampage.
Do you want to know why? Understanding if you are part of the problem or part of the solution seems to be easy.
Get over it, it's not easy.
The need to accept yourself as you are is all in your mind, not on your frame.
All joking aside, I am not a CSI, or an FBI agent looking for Spock to beam me back to earth.
Being overweight or what we call obese is much more than just weight.
It is more than a state of mind.
You need to do much more than lose weight to stay healthy.
You need to find the real you under all that fat.
Do you see yourself? You need to look deep inside and start the search that will bring out that real you.
When I started looking for the lost me I found him.
You know what? I like myself better now.
