- 1). Cut a 4-foot length of jute mesh and roll it out near your firewood. Make sure the jute is just slightly shorter than your average piece of firewood's length.
- 2). Stack six to eight pieces of wood on one end of the jute. Grip the end and roll the firewood forward, making the jute roll around the entire bundle.
- 3). Staple the ends of the jute to a piece of the wood to secure the roll together. Place a plastic strip-style handle on a piece of wood and staple it to the wood, making the bundle a hand-carried bundle of firewood.
- 4). Cut longer pieces of jute if you need larger bundles. Roll and staple in the same fashion.
