How to Locate the Calendar on Microsoft Office Outlook

    Outlook 2003

    • 1). Look on the left side of your screen. A column called the Navigation Pane is visible, at the top of which is the heading "Folder List."

    • 2). Click the plus sign next to the Mailbox folder to display all of the subfolders, if necessary. Underneath the Mailbox folder, click the calendar icon.

    • 3). Click the Calendar icon at the bottom of the Navigation Pane if you do not see the calendar or the folder list as previously described. You may also hold down "CTRL" and "2" briefly and simultaneously to switch to the Calendar.

    Outlook 2007

    • 1). Click "Calendar" near the bottom of the Navigation Pane on the far left of your screen.

    • 2). Click "View" at the top of the screen if you don't see the Navigation Pane. Select Navigation Pane from the resulting menu, and then click "Normal."

    • 3). Click the Go menu and then click "Calendar" as another way to navigate to the Calendar.

    • 4). Hold down the "CTRL" key and the "2" key at the same time for a quick keyboard shortcut to the Calendar view.

    Outlook 2010

    • 1). Click the Calendar icon near the bottom of the Navigation Pane on the far left of your screen. Alternatively, you may briefly hold down the "CTRL" key and the "2" key simultaneously to switch to the Calendar.

    • 2). Click the View tab on the Ribbon near the top of the screen if you don't see the Navigation Pane.

    • 3). Click on "Navigation Pane" in the Layout group that appears below the View tab. Click Normal.
