Delicious Beef in Oyster Sauce Recipe

Then add the beef in batches and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes or so 3.
Then add the beans and the capsicum and stir-fry another minute or so.

After that, add the cornflour mixture to the wok and cook until the sauce boils and thickens.
Stir in the bean sprouts.
It should be served immediately.
