Make Sweet and Smoky Broiled Mahi-mahi in Just 15 Minutes



This paprika mahi-mahi is a perfect weeknight meal - it only takes 8 - 10 minutes to cook. I like marinating the fish in lemon juice for an hour before cooking it, but that's optional - you can go straight from fridge to oven. The Spanish smoked paprika [] provides a nice smoky flavor that accents the fish's sweetness and a good squirt of lemon juice adds brightness. Larger image.) Serves 2.
