Do you exercise? I mean do you at least walk or do some small effort to build your cardiovascular system? Please know that I am not telling you to go to the gym and get into a vigorous routine.
Sure, that may be terrific.
On the other hand, just the thought of getting dressed and going to a place where all those "hardbodies" are working out could be intimidating.
Thinking about the time it takes to drive there, work out, shower and get home may stop you cold.
All of it could be overwhelming.
So I invite you to do one thing for yourself, just one simple act starting today.
And here is how I advise you to start.
Many illnesses result from sluggish lymphatic systems.
You need to get rid of those toxins your body frees through many avenues.
One of the key routes is your lymph system.
To get yours going do this simple ten minute routine at some point, preferably the same time each day to create a habit.
It takes twenty-one days to create a habit so how about committing twenty-one days to saving your health? Simply march either in place or around your home, quick short steps, in your normal activity...
and you boost your drainage.
Know that if someone sees you they may ask if you need to use the bathroom.
Just tell them what you are doing and they may want to join you.
Be sure you lift your feet off the floor.
Up and down, up and down quickly with your feet for ten minutes a day.
If you happen to be wearing weighted shoes you also get remarkable exercise.
Notice I said weighted shoes not ankle weights.
Ankle weights throw off your alignment and can actually cause damage and injury.
Weighted shoes are used in cardiac rehab and other health care management systems.
