It is a good feeling to be fresh, clean and dry as when you feel good your spirits are lifted and your body and mind will benefit from this as you will feel positive.
However if you feel as though you have wet patches under your arms which will not go away and other people are aware of it is not a good feeling.
If this happens to a person on a daily basis it can begin to control their life.
Often people in this position will avoid doing certain things that they might enjoy just to prevent sweating even more.
These people suffer from excessive sweating and often they believe that there is very little that they can do about it and long to know how to stop excessive armpit sweating.
If this sounds all too familiar to you then you will no doubt want to find out about the various home remedies to stop sweating.
Quite a popular home remedy to reduce sweating is to drink fresh tomato juice, this juice is the most potent if it is freshly grated and drunk straight away.
This tomato juice should be consumed every day for seven days during which sweating should begin to reduce, after this initial seven days tomato juice should be drunk every other day to continue being a benefit.
Perhaps tomato juice is not for you and if this is the case you might want to try mixing baking soda and lemon juice then soaking a cotton wool pad in the mixture.
This should then be dabbed under the arms and left until dry and this will act like an antiperspirant with a pleasant smell.
As this is totally natural it is a good choice for anyone who can become irritated by shop bought antiperspirants which can often be quite harsh.
