Depersonalized? Guide to Help You Recover From Depersonalization

So you just found yourself depersonalized or you have been depersonalized for a long time already, but can't escape it.
The trigger of your depersonalization might have been a variety of possibilities from a traumatic event such as car crash to hanging out with friends and smoking marijuana.
No matter what the trigger was or how long are those symptoms persisting there always is a way to relieve your symptoms to a bearable level and eventually eliminate it for good.
The tips towards recovery: 1) Think rationally! - do not let your subconscious take control over you, whenever you feel at the end start thinking logically, tell yourself that this scary feeling is not permanent since very few things in our life are, reassure yourself of the fact that everything is real, you are not going crazy and soon you will feel better; that is the truth after all.
2) Be active! - I know it can be pretty tough to take part in activities you used to enjoy before depersonalization since you feel unmotivated, confused and have anxious thoughts running through your head.
But try to force yourself into doing something as it keeps your mind off your depersonalization.
3) Supplements and supplements! - Your brain needs energy to perform correctly, the main cause of persisting depersonalization may be chemical imbalance in your brain.
In order to give your brain the right balance you need to provide it with the right nutrients either through foods or supplements.
4) Be well informed! - The underlying cause of depersonalization is strong anxiety and therefore it would help to read web-sites and books about reducing anxiety as eliminating your anxiety symptoms will reduce your depersonalization.
Remember, there are things you can do to greatly reduce or even completely get rid of your depersonalization! I found books and web-sites that were both brief and very useful, with the right information about supplementing and taking care of your body and mind you will be able to achieve relief for sure.
I struggled with severe depersonalization for 9 long moths, accompanied with lots of anxiety, confusion and panic attacks.
Now I rarely experience it and if I do the severity is so miniature that its hard for me to tell whether I am depersonalized or not.
