How to Cook Rotisserie Lobster

    • 1). Defrost your frozen lobster the night before you need to use it by placing it on a plate and leaving it in your refrigerator.

    • 2). Turn your rotisserie on so that it heats up before you are ready to use it.

    • 3). Rinse your lobsters off under a faucet of running cold water.

    • 4). Wipe the lobsters down from head to toe with paper towels to absorb some of the water. It is not necessary to get in between each of the lobsters legs.

    • 5). Place your lobsters in a rotisserie basket. Then place the basket in the rotisserie.

    • 6). Cook your lobsters for 35 minutes and then remove.

    • 7). Melt one stick of butter in your microwave. This can take anywhere from 45 seconds to 1 minutes and 15 seconds.

    • 8). Finely chop your garlic cloves and add them to your butter.

    • 9). Serve the lobster over a large lettuce leaf with a tiny bowl of garlic butter sauce on the side. Make sure you lay some lobster crackers over the plate so your guest can get at that yummy lobster meat.
