How to Connect a Samsung R451C Cell Phone to a Laptop
- 1). Press the "Menu" button and then select "Settings" followed by "Phone Settings."
- 2). Select "PC Connection" and then change the setting to "USB Mass Storage Device" to allow files to be transferred to and from the phone using a USB cable.
- 3). Plug the USB cable included with the SCH-R451C into the slot on the bottom of the phone and then plug the other end into the USB port on the laptop.
- 4). Open the "Start" menu on the laptop and then click "Computer" or "My Computer," depending on your version of Windows.
- 5). Double-click the SCH-R451C icon to view the files contained on the phone. Files can be dragged and dropped to and from the phone using this method.
