As of June 30, 2012, The Company has approximately 7.2 million listings across various cities and towns in India. And intends to further add new premises and increase user traffic.
Expand and Enhance SME Relationships:
The company intends to offer existing membership packages for listing across more areas in India and to more categories of businesses and create additional specialized membership packages for SME categories.
Develop New Products and Services:
The company can leverage Justdial brand, user activity on their platforms, SME relationships and their experience with data analytics to expand business by offering new products and services.
New products and services introduced in fiscal 2012, or which are currently under development are Targeted marketing campaigns, Buy Data, Mobile App, Quick Quotes, Just Dial events.
Selective Licensing to Expand Into New Geographic Markets:
The company has plan to expand operations to other markets as opportunities arise, primarily by licensing the Just Dial brand and selling rights and offering service arrangements to other parties to conduct these operations as company is doing in the U.S. and Canada.
