RV Patio Lighting Isn"t Just for Traveling

When you think of patio lighting, you probably think of your backyard and the lights around your outdoor spaces.
RV patio lighting is designs for the "patio" area of your parked RV.
The lights hang from the awning that you set up once you park your vehicle to camp for the night.
These are popular and a great way for people traveling in recreational vehicles to make a statement and say a bit about themselves to their traveling neighbors at the RV park.
People who enjoy socializing when on their travels might choose a specific type of patio light to let fellow parkers know what they enjoy, and help others feel more comfortable in striking up a conversation.
A string of colorful margarita glasses that light up around an RV awning makes a statement, as does a string of lighthouses or footballs.
You can find so many different styles and colors that even if you don't own an RV, it pays to look at the RV patio lights to see if something strikes you as a design you'd like to use on your patio at home.
If you love a specific motif or object, you can probably find a string of party patio lights or RV awning lighting that reflects that.
Why not use them at home? When you use string lights designed this way, you get to enjoy the motif during the day and can leave the lights off at night if you choose.
Or you can take them down and put different lights up for a formal occasion, for a holiday gathering or to simply reflect a new interest.
Some RV patio lighting strings can be used for multiple occasions and holidays, such as American flags that can be used on Veteran's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, or just to show patriotism or pride in being a veteran.
Chile peppers or Mexican hats would work well for a fiesta, a Mexican food night and Cinco de Mayo.
Hang Chinese dragons for the Chinese New Year and a night of Kung Fu movies with a dinner of Chinese takeout on the back patio.
Because these strings of patio lighting are inexpensive, you can own several and pull them out for those fun occasions.
You can even find solar patio lighting in quirky styles that you can hang virtually anywhere as long as you make sure the solar cell gets enough sun during the daytime.
Regardless of which kind of patio lighting you use, look for LED lights instead of standard incandescent bulbs.
They'll cost a little more but will last longer and glow brighter.
