The Physics of the Golf Swing Are All in Your Fitness

The physics of the golf swing are often said to be the rhythm, tempo and timing.
If you think this through it does make sense.
You need to be able to move the club at the correct speed at the correct time.
The small movements involved need to be put together in a way that creates a smooth and effective action.
This can be a tricky thing to do and even professionals can have problems with their swing at times.
So what can you do to improve yours? It may seem impossible to be able to make even a small improvement compared to the professionals who have spent years working on theirs and no there is not an instant wand waving type solution which will create a brilliant swing every time with no effort.
However, there are ways to improve the swing which are more effective than others and if you are going to be putting some time and effort into improving then it is much more worth while making sure that the work you are doing is going to have a significant effect.
The main thing which can help your swing is your physical capabilities.
If your muscles are not fit enough to enable you to hold a good position or to swing smoothly then you will not have good rhythm, tempo or timing.
So while looking into the physics of the golf swing it makes sense that strengthening muscles is key to having a good swing.
These golf swing muscles will be both strong and fluid allowing your body to repeat a good golf swing for 18 holes.
