Calorie Shifting Food - The Most Convenient Method to Lose Weight

This is the most recent and most scientific way to lose weight man has ever discovered.
Calorie shifting is a way by which you play a trick to your own physiological system.
When you cut down your food, all the metabolic processes are slowed down to reserve some energy for future use.
Thus you will not lose weight as expected.
In calorie shifting, you will continuously change the amount and type of foods you are taking daily.
Thus the system won't be able to calculate the exact amount of calories you require for your needs.
After that, you will increase the amount of food intake for 2-3 days.
