Boot Camp Diet

The Calorie Shifting Diet is the closest thing there is to an actual boot camp diet.
If followed properly, you can lose weight at the jaw-dropping rate of one pound per day.
The Calorie Shifting Diet has skeptics stroking their chins, marveling at how effective this diet is, though a careful study of the rules of the diet would have the casual observer wondering whether this really even is a diet at all.
First and foremost, you are expected to generate your own personalized meal plan that you will follow for eleven days.
This meal plan will consist of a variety of foods from all four food groups.
The menu plan that you generate will consist of four daily meals that can be eaten in any order on each day.
Here's what makes this meal plan interesting: You are allowed to eat as much food as you desire at each meal until you are completely satisfied, as long as you stop eating just short of getting too full.
If that isn't surprising enough, perhaps the most astonishing feature of this boot camp diet, is that you are required to take a mandatory three-day break from the diet every eleven days! You diet for eleven days, followed by a three-day break, followed by another eleven days of dieting, followed by another three-day break, and so on and so forth.
During those three days, you are allowed to eat anything you want.
Anything.
The only catch is that you must take care not to get too full at each meal during those three days.
