Cherry Cheesecake - German Kirschkuchen mit Quark
Here is a lovely recipe for a cheesecake made with quark and fancied up with a layer of cherries. If you cannot find quark, do what I did here: Drain one quart of plain yogurt and use in its place. The results are a light and fluffy cheesecake topping that many people crave.
Makes one, 11 inch springform cake.
