This is TAC. He was a stray who came to live with me 10 years ago. TAC stands for "The Adaptable Cat." He came right into my house and promptly took over, including two 150 pound dogs. He purred like a mack truck and snored like a trooper. He slept by my head on the bed, when he felt like it. He begged for attention and food from everyone he met. He was successful with the begging: he weighed 21 pounds before getting ill, and everyone loved him.
Everyone who met him had a special story about TAC and time they spent together. He was the star of all gatherings of friends and family. He died from cancer a few days after this picture was taken. Oh, heart of my heart, I miss you.
