If you are printing a cookbook for a legitimate non-profit organization, there are programs that allow the customer to pay for the books after the books have been printed and delivered. This allows the customer to sell the books in the fundraiser and pay for the printing from the proceeds. An office supply store can bind the printed cookbook using a plastic comb binding, which is suitable for cookbooks.
