How to Remove Grease Odors From Laundry
- 1). Mix one tsp. baking soda with three drops of dish soap to form a paste. Rub the paste over the grease spots on your laundry.
- 2). Fill up the washing machine and add your normal amount of laundry detergent. Toss in the laundry with the grease odors.
- 3). Open the washing machine just as the rinse cycle is about to begin. Add one cup of white distilled vinegar. Vinegar has the power to eliminate any strong odors, such as grease.
- 4). Hang the laundry out to dry in the sun. The sun has oxidizing powers that also help to remove any traces of bad odor that remain on the laundry.
