Yes Ladies, Tone The Arms Or Get The Bingo Wings

Well unfortunately ladies you must learn to tone the arms or you are surely heading for a beautiful set of bingo wings or chicken wings.
Unlike men, women tend to develop a flabby section on the underside of the arm between the elbow and armpit.
For most women this is undesirable, but by toning this area of the body and targeting it with specific exercises you can rid yourself of this problem forever.
Now like all exercise programs it is important to speak to a doctor before you commence and like all workouts this won't happen overnight.
You have to do this on a regular basis, however I believe after a week of these exercises you will be blown over by the results and you should see your arms begin to tone up.
Now the part of the arm that becomes flabby is around what's called the tricep muscle.
This is the opposite side of your arm to your bicep muscle.
You can target this with multiple exercises but they all involve a pushing action.
Let's begin with: The push-up.
Firstly grab hold of a basketball or soccer ball.
Kneel on the floor with the ball in front of you and place both hands on it.
Keep in this new position and begin to lean over the ball, with your back straight and your arms locked out.
Now gradually begin to bend your arms and lower your chest towards the basketball.
Once you have gone as far as possible begin to push yourself back up.
Do 8 or 10 push-ups, rest and repeat this set three times.
The tricep dip.
This is a great exercise to do at home because all you need is a chair.
A dining or office chair is perfect, but make sure it isn't on wheels.
Place the chair in the middle of the room and stand in front of it facing away from it.
Now lower yourself and place your hands on the lip of the seat and extend your legs out in front of you.
Lock your legs and take the weight of your body onto your arms and hands.
Now lower yourself as low as you can go, until your thighs nearly reach the floor, then begin to push back up and straighten your arms out once more.
Again to 8 or 10 of these dips and repeat this set three times.
Keep doing these two exercises for seven days and you will begin to see a huge difference in the tone of your arms.
The longer you keep this exercise up, the better your arms will look and you will never get flabby bingo wings.
