Get a Six Pack Fast - Diet and Exercise Advice

Have you wonder whether it is possible to achieve a six pack? While the concepts to achieve a six pack are easy to understand, actually getting out there and making the lifestyle changes take effort.
There is no easy way around it.
However, you may not realize how easy it actually is and as you begin to see results your motivation will snow ball day after day.
In this article, I will give you advice about choosing the right diet and exercise program to get hard, ripped abs.
1.
Cut Down Your Body Fat It is not possible to have six pack without low body fat percentage.
You could have the strongest abs but hidden under a layer of fat.
Generally speaking, most men will need to reduce their body fat percentage to 11 or 12 per cent.
Women will need to have 14 to 15 percent.
Diet is important to achieving this body fat percentage and so is cardio exercise.
A good choice for cardio, is to do interval training.
This requires you to spend 1 minute sprinting on a treadmill, followed by 2 minutes of jogging.
You then repeat the cycle - 1 minute sprinting, 2 minutes jogging - until you are done.
2.
Strengthen the Abdominals Doing cardio exercise is just one part of the equation.
You need to strengthen your abs so that they begin to appear.
This will require you to do abdominal exercise about every second day.
At the end of the routine your abs should be exhausted.
When doing the exercises, make sure you do them slowly.
Doing it fast may mean you do more crunches but it doesn't actually work your abdominals as much as doing them slowly.
The aim is to work your abs to exhaustion - not do as many crunches as you can.
Make sure you rotate you stomach exercise so that you are doing different exercise every couple of weeks.
This will prevent your body becoming use to the same exercise.
You should also avoid over exercising your stomach muscles by giving them rest days regularly.
Otherwise, you will overwork your abdominals and they won't grow as you expected.
