Ship by Air

• 1). Go to the UPS website. under shipping and review luggage shipping requirements.
  
  
• 2). Read the U.S. Customs requirements and restrictions provided in the "UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions" before you begin packing your luggage.
  
  
• 3). Pack your luggage.
  
  
• 4). Calculate how much it will cost you to ship your luggage. Click on the UPS "calculate shipping cost" tab. You will have to enter the country you are shipping from, to, number of luggage pieces and luggage sizes and weight, in order to get the shipping price.
  
  

Ship By Sea

• 1). Go to the Excess Baggage Company website, link provided at the bottom of this article. On the right side of the web page you will see "Request A Quote". You must fill in your ship from and to, country and city to begin. You will also need to provide number of luggage pieces, luggage sizes and weight in order to get the shipping price. You can not get a invoice for shipping until you complete the quote information and click "book now".
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Documentation" tab, provided on the left side of the web page. Download the shipping documents and customs requirements of your country destination.
  
  
• 3). Use the "online payment option" to pay your shipping cost. You must obtain the invoice from the "Request A Quote" option, before you can make a payment online.
  
  
• 4). Call the Excess Baggage Company at 0800-524-4815 for specific questions and details about shipping your luggage.
