On Track

• Pennsylvania Power and Light's On Track Program helps customers with debt forgiveness, shutoff protection and payment reduction. Administered by local agencies and PPL, On Track is available to low-income customers. To determine eligibility, customers must call 800-358-6623.
  
  

Winter Relief Assistance Program

• The Winter Relief Assistance Program (WRAP) is a PPL program that helps low-income customers winterize their homes to save on winter heating costs. Customers must call 888-232-6302 to determine if they are eligible for projects, such as home insulation, sealing or heating system repair.
  
  

State Programs

• If PPL customers do not qualify for the WRAP or On Track program, government assistance is available through statewide programs, such as the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). For a detailed listing of all state energy assistance programs, see Resources.
