Leg and Butt Exercise - Look Good and Feel Great

If you are not happy with your legs and butt, chances are you will look for a leg and butt exercise that will make your lower body look a lot better.
You are not alone, because there are so many people out there who want to find ways to get rid of their many complaints.
Some of these complaints include a too small or a too big butt, or saggy as well as flabby legs.
If you know the right exercise that will target such problem areas, in no time you will find yourself being a lot more confident when it comes to showing off your long stems.
A good leg and butt exercise is one that will consist of movements that will allow you to work out both of these areas at the same time.
Squats are a proven exercise for this, and it is something you can do at your convenience.
To perform squats, you will need to stand up with both your feet being hip-width apart from each other, making sure that your back is kept straight and your stomach is tucked in.
Also put your knees behind your toes and then bend forward and back until you touch the chair with your butt.
Squeeze your buttocks so you can lift yourself and stand up.
Aside from squats, lunges are also a great leg and butt exercise.
This is quite challenging but really provides great results because you get to work out a lot of muscles in this exercise.
To begin, place one leg in front and another at the back (this will allow you to work out your hamstring muscles as well as your quads and calves).
Spread your legs apart and then bend down in that position.
Maintain that position for five seconds and then rise up.
Do the same on the other side.
A fun way to do leg and butt exercise is to engage in step-ups, which gets you moving right away.
Like running up and down the stairs, put one foot on the platform and push yourself up and then down with the other foot - but this time, step down as if you are going down the stairs in a backward manner.
Remember to always bend your knees at a 90-degree angle so as to put more pressure which will work out your back leg muscles all the more.
If you do this leg and butt exercise everyday, you will soon see the fruits of the labor.
