- 1). Remove the cable you have connected to the VGA port. This, most likely, is the cable running from your computer monitor.
- 2). Connect the VGA-to-RCA cable into the VGA port on the computer. There are likely going to be tightening screws on the the side of the VGA cable. Tighten these screws to ensure a secure connection with the computer.
- 3). Plug the RCA extension cable into the RCA cables on the adapter. The VGA-to-RCA cable is going to be short and probably won't reach the RCA ports on the NTSC television. The extension cables are going to give you the extra slack you need.
- 4). Connect the other end of the RCA extension cable into the RCA "Video In" ports on the NTSC television. Power on the television and you can being viewing the contents of the computer on your TV.
