Jesse Eisenberg gives a superb performance as the unlikable protagonist in this biopic about Mark Zuckerberg, the driving force behind Facebook. In the early part of the story, Zuckerberg and fellow computer science students at Harvard put up Web sites centering on their university.


Zuckerberg launches thefacebook.com and goes on to team up with Napster cofounder Sean Parker (Justin Timberlake) in a site that first involved many universities and eventually hundreds of millions of users. Another part of the story is presented as depositions taken in lawsuits over Facebook.
