How to Build Larger Pecs Without Weights

Every bodybuilder wants to have a bigger chest.
It's a show of pride and masculinity by having ripped pectorals to show off to crowds and the ladies.
With a commercial gym or weight set, there are numerous ways to achieve massive pecs that will win lifting awards.
But can it be done without weights? What about the busy moms or dads that have kids or anyone else that simply doesn't have the time? Luckily, there are a few simple techniques to get the chest you desire.
It may not be massive bodybuilder size, though they'll still be very strong.
I'd first suggest looking into doing pushups.
One of the more basic of exercises, the pushup works much of the pectoral region as well as a little of the arms.
While it may seem simple, it really isn't.
For most the resistance of gravity and their own body weight is more than enough to begin building better looking chest muscles.
To increase the resistance of such a lift, do a pushup with a single arm or place your feet on top of a chair or small box.
This will effectively make the lift harder and more difficult for you to perform, leading to much better results.
Working your way up to about 30 to 40 reps would be a great goal to start with.
If you can lift with weights, and have someone knowledgeable at your disposal then I'd highly recommend using them.
However, if you're only option is to go without weights then your best bet is the pushup.
For the novice or out of shape, it will be the best starting point to getting bigger pecs without weights.
