Flat Iron

• 1). Bend over and spray the roots of your hair with the hairspray to create volume around the crown of your head. Spray the brush with the hairspray and brush it through your hair. Let the hairspray dry completely and plug in the flat iron.
  
  
• 2). Grasp a one-inch section of hair. Grab the top of the section of hair with the flat iron. Rotate the flat iron until the top of the strand is twisted around the iron, and the opposite side of the iron nearly touches your head.
  
  
• 3). Move the flat iron down along the length of the strand of hair while you hold the flat iron in the rotated position. Spray the strand with hairspray. Repeat the curling process on the rest of your hair.
  
  

Curling Iron

• 1). Spray the comb with hairspray and comb your hair before the hairspray dries. Wait five minutes for the hairspray to dry. Separate your hair into four even sections, and secure each section with an elastic hair band.
  
  
• 2). Separate a 1-inch strand of hair from one of the sections. Comb the strand to make it smooth. Clamp the end of the strand with the curling iron and wrap the hair around the iron. Hold the strand of hair in the iron for up to 30 seconds.
  
  
• 3). Release the strand of hair from the iron and wait for it to cool. Curl the rest of the 1-inch strands in the section, and then curl the other sections. Run your fingers through your curls gently to make them look natural. Spray each curl with hairspray and put on the shine serum.
