You took a ton of photos on your student travel adventure -- show 'em off! We want to see your student travel photos -- submit your travel photos to the student travel photo gallery here. Submit your party photos, group shots, hostel photos, landscapes, portraits, concert photos, travel photos from near and far. Submit photos of anything that says "student travel" to you.

Follow the directions and submit your own student travel photos often and early.

Time Required: Two minutes

Here's How:

1. Download photos from your digital camera to your hard drive. Crop the photo you want to no more than 600x600 pixels and save it as a jpeg, titled with a descriptive tag like, "Backpackers_Grand_ Central.jpg."
   
2. Address an email to studenttravel@aboutguide.com, or click here to do it automatically.
   
3. Add an attachment by browsing your hard drive for the photo you've titled and are submitting.
4. Type this info into the body of your email:
   • Your name or nickname (without a name, the handle from your email address will be used when the photo is displayed)
     
   • Your email address
   • A brief description of the photo:
     • Who
       
     • What
       
     • Where
       
     • When
5. Copy and paste this into the body of your email:
   I certify that I am the author or sole owner of the material I am submitting to About, INC. About, INC and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. I agree to indemnify About, INC for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material. For more information, please see our user agreement.
   

1. Title the email. Use "Student Travel Photo ***" -- add a one or two word description in place of the ***, like "Venice".
2. Keep an eye on the "Student Travelers' Photo Gallery" to see your shots!
   

Tips:

1. Remember to crop your photos -- no larger than 600x600 pixels.
2. Remember to save as a jpg -- no gifs if possible, please.
3. Remember to save your photo with an apropriately descriptive tag, like "venice_canal.jpg" or "paris_hostel_john_smith_2005.jpg."
4. Remember to title the email. Use "Student Travel Photo ***" -- add a one or two word description in place of the ***, like "Venice".
