Chinese Herbs for Shingles

Lemon balm is used by making a tea that is then applied to the shingles rash. It is recommended that the lemon balm tea is applied several times a day to assist in comfort and relief. Xiang Ren Zhang is also known as the Chinese Prickly Pear. This is used by making a paste with the inner flesh of the plant and applying the paste substance to the areas that have been affected by Shingles. - Job's Tear is made into a soup to help in the healing process of someone that has Shingles. It is recommended that it is consumed twice a day and has been proven to assist in pain and heal the person infected within seven days.
